Privacy Policy

This page explains what information MenaMemento collects when you use this site, why, and who we share it with. We only collect what's needed to run the store.

Information we collect

• Account information — if you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your plain-text password).
• Order information — when you check out, we store the items, quantities, total, shipping address, and your email so we can fulfill the order and let you look it up later.
• Newsletter signups — if you sign up for our newsletter, we store the email address you provide.
• Cart contents — your shopping cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) until you check out. It is never sent to our servers until then.
• Basic site analytics — aggregated, non-identifying traffic statistics (pages visited, approximate location by country) via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

Payment information

We do not process or store your card details ourselves. Checkout is handled entirely byStripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers.

Who we share information with

We share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us run the store:

• Stripe — to process payments and collect shipping addresses.
• Resend — to send order confirmations, account verification, and password-reset emails.
• Cloudflare — our hosting provider, which stores our database and serves the site.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (link will be included in every email).
• You can request account deletion by contacting us — see below.
• Guest checkout is available if you'd rather not create an account.
