Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any payment already taken.

Product availability

We try to keep stock counts accurate in real time, but in rare cases (e.g. two people buying the last unit at nearly the same moment) an order may be placed for an item that's just sold out. If that happens we'll contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, product photography, and site content are the property of MenaMementounless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability

MenaMemento is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.

Governing law
