Where we ship

We currently ship to 21 countries/regions, including:

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within [X]–[Y] business days before shipping. Delivery time after that varies by destination and carrier; you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (once dispatch tracking is wired up) as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. To start a return, emailhello@menamemento.com with your order number and the reason for the return — we'll walk you through the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing time on Stripe's side is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
